MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your SaddleBrook experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!
SaddleBrook Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out. If you would like to be home while maintenance assist, please just note that on your request.
We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary. We do charge a $100.00 fee if it is after hours.
AMENITIES
SaddleBrook homes all have attached garages and open parking available for your guest.
SaddleBrook Apartments provide the spaces you are sure to love! From the fitness center where you can achieve your workout routine without leaving the property, to the 2 pools, spa, and sauna designed to soothe sore muscles and provide a place to relax on the weekend, you'll feel right at home from the second you step through the doors.
SaddleBrook is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!
We do offer black appliance packages, and if you need assistance leasing a washer and dryer we can connect you to our vendors.
SaddleBrook Apartments come unfurnished, but we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a recommended vendor which provides furnishings at an additional cost.
At SaddleBrook Apartments, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!
ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING
Our applications take up to 72 hours to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
At SaddleBrook Apartments, all residents are required to have renters' insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.
Spectrum is our internet and cable provider.
If your situation changes, we offer an early termination option with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
To set up your utilities, contact Reliant online or by phone. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!
Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

SaddleBrook Apartments has an amazing location where public transportation is right within walking distance.
SaddleBrook Apartments are in DISD.
Come visit us and find your new home! For easy directions from where you are, you can use our Google Business Profile or call our leasing team for additional directions. We are located in North Dallas at Keller springs and the Tollway.
Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surrounds the community, located just minutes away from Addison.
FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS
To apply for your new home at SaddleBrook Apartments, visit the Floor Plans page or click on the Apply Now button at the top of the page.
We do have a criteria that will explain our application qualification of 12 months rental history, 12 months employment, and 3 times rent for income qualifications.

We will schedule move-in walk-through so you can view your beautiful apartment home.
In order to get the full SaddleBrook experience, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home. We are also able to accommodate walk-in appointments.
We will make sure everything is in good condition and complete a walk-through during the move-in process.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move-out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
At SaddleBrook apartments, you will be responsible for paying monthly utilities.
We do not allow subletting or Airbnb listings.
