Excellent Service
The Leasing Professional, LaCreta Lawrence, has been outstanding from the first day that my husband and I walked into the ... leasing office. She took her time with us to make sure that she understood all of our needs and has been diligent in making sure that they are met even if it was at a sister property. LaCreta has continued to follow-up with us for months to make sure that we would have somewhere to live once our lease is up. She is definitely someone that you would want looking out for you. I saw the property driving by one day and thought it looked nice, but once we got in and met LeCreta for our tour we KNEW ... this was our new home. The property is kept clean, parking is always available for your 2nd car or visitors, the unit is spacious with a lot of good storage spots, and the other residence I've met so far are friendly. We have not had any issues getting maintenance requests completed and it's always done in a quick manner. All in all, very good value for the rent amount. I just want to, again, express my appreciation for all that you folks do for us. When we have a maintenance request, it is ... usually followed up very quickly by the maintenance team, led by Will. The guys are knowledgeable and courteous, and they are much appreciated. Cindy, manager, follows up after the work, and checks to be sure all is well. I feel that there is a real sense of these folks working for the well-being of the residents, and not just a job for them. It is actually nice to just check into the office once in a while and have a friendly chat. Its a nice place to live. Was searching for an apartment and Saddle Brook was highly recommended by a friend. When I arrived at SB, was very pleased ... with the appearance and landscaping of the complex. Met with LaCreta who took me to view a unit. She was very knowledgeable about SB. In addition to showing me the unit, we toured the two pools, gym with sauna and his/her dressing rooms, the dog park, computer center, and kitchen. After my initial visit to the community, LaCreta remained in contact with me and offered to show the unit to my friends/family if desired. I was very impressed and signed an 18-month lease. Met additional office staff Cindy/Laurie who were also very helpful with the rental process. After moving in, LaCreta contacted me to ensure all was well - which was greatly appreciated. Very pleased resident
My wife and I have lived here for about 4 years, and we are very happy all around. The office staff, led by Cindy, are always ... courteous, very friendly, and wanting to help. They have assisted us with several questions, and are always on top of maintenance requests. They log them in, track them, and follow up. Always with a smile on their faces. Additionally, the maintenance guys are really good guys. They just plain know how to fix things as needed, again with a great pleasant attitude. I know that every time I have asked Will and his colleagues to come fix/adjust/maintain somethings, it is done professionally and quickly. Saddlebrook is a lovely, safe, friendly neighborhood. The area is a bit older however you benefit from the large, beautiful ... trees which add a homey feel to it. The neighbors are respectful and very friendly. The thing that sets Saddlebrook apart from so many other apartments is their customer service. Laura from the front office is wonderful at her job. She truly wants to please and ensure you are a happy tenant. She is such a positive, happy person who is quick to respond to your needs. She stops to greet everyone and remembers their names! Will, the Maintenance Supervisor in Saddle Brook is awesome! I mean is there anything he can’t fix! Each time something ... in my apartment needs repair he will ensure its fixed or replaced. For Example, my refrigerator was making a loud humming/buzzing noise for several months. So, someone was sent to clean it, and to no avail the noise continued. Then Will came over one day and heard the noise and immediately stated I needed a new motor! (Immediately!!!) That’s how ALL maintenance supervisors should be! Hear the noise, diagnose the problem, and provide a resolution. And within the next month, I had a new refrigerator and of course Will installed it. Next, the microwave went out…. And Will returned to install that as well. I really appreciate Will’s kindness and consideration when entering my apartment. I also appreciate his professionalism and how quickly he responds when making the necessary repairs to anything that needs to be fixed. Will, thank you for doing such a spectacular job! I've been a resident here for quite some time, and though the maintenance has always been quite good, I have to say something ... about my recent maintenance experience which was amazing! A couple weeks ago on a Saturday evening, my water heater broke, leaking water rapidly. Within 20 minutes of calling in the emergency, Pat was here and ready to roll! Within a few minutes, Will joined him and they diligently worked to replace my water heater - all this in the triple digit heat and after hours! They were friendly and professional. Words just can't describe how much this was appreciated. Pat stayed until the job was done, had me take a look at the new water heater, and even reminded me to lock the door behind him after he left. This is a wonderful community of office staff, neighbors, and the maintenance crew. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. ... The maintenance staff is excellent! Today Marcus came to do a couple of quick repairs and discovered a few more items that need to be fixed...and fixed them all. I have been a resident of Saddle Brook for 11 yrs. Clearly I'm happy here! Whatever I need, it gets taken care of. ... It may not be immediate but in reality what repairs are? Everyone in our lease office I have come to learn is truly in tune and concerned about all that is brought to their attention. In addition, it never fails, every time I enter the lease office both Cindy and Laura Stop what they are doing to greet me, even if it's just to snag a cookie or candy out of their candy bowl. There is a lot of good that comes out of our lease office. As a former manager myself, I see that as a sign of a happy and healthy work environment. Kudos to you Cindy for a great job. I do however, what to give a huge shout out to Caesar, a God send in the world of maintenance. Caesar is not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance and repairs, he is careful and meticulous regardless of the task at hand. I must add, Caesar is kind and respectful when he is in my apt. A real gentleman in my opinion! I wish he was here full time as I believe he moves around working at other Gaines properties.
